What are the best natural ways on how to cleanse your stomach and intestine?

We all know that not all medicines are cheap and there are natural ways or natural medicines that can cleanse your intestines and stomach effectively.

  1. take probiotics.  they got straight to your liver and eat away the bad bacteria and live there and cleanse you out very well.  read more about probiotics, i'm sure it's all over online.


  2. i suggest you eat a lot of fibers (green, leafy vegetables, pineapples, berries, whole wheat, prunes, raisins) , avoid too much chocolates and fatty and oily foods.

  3. Consume plenty of raw fibrous vegetables (carrots, celery, cauliflower,,,) and drink copious amounts of filtered water.

  4. make porridge oats with water every morning, good for your guts and your heart. drink enough water that you never have a dry mouth. lay off the meat for a week and stop smoking, these things jangle your intestines.

    you need roughage and whole grains, and water. that's what'll make you feel better.

  5. personally being a gp i recommend dyson

  6. You don't need to cleanse your stomach and intestines. Digestion takes care of that.

    Eat plenty of fiber and drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. You'll get nice and clean that way.
