  1. Practice on an orange.  Its the most similar to human skin.  Some docs have "fake skin".  It looks and feels like real skin.  Its used for patient's to practice giving injections on.  Call your doc and see if he has one.  I can tell you that practicing on fake skin or fruit is nothing like sticking a live person.  During nursing school I got ahold of some needles from lab and practiced on willing family at home.  You have to eventually get used to sticking something with a heart beat.  :)

  2. A crochet needle.  That way it won't penetrate the skin.  You should not be giving anyone immunization shots.  Read the book called, "The Sanctity of Human Blood" by Timothy O'Shea and learn what is really going on in this field.  The controversy is growing in regard to vaccinations and it is because of all the problems.  If vaccinations were so great, why are more and more people becoming sick.  In 1905, the CDC reported that about 5% of ALL Americans were chronically ill.  In 2005, the same CDC reported that 53% of ALL Americans are chronically ill.  Does that sound like progress to you?  Drug companies make literally about 1 to 2 billion dollars on EACH vaccination they produce.  Now that is incentive folks!  Yet, do they really work?  That is where the controversy begins.

It is now known that vaccinations cause energy flows in the body to be very distorted and cause the body to become weaker and more susceptible to problems.  They actually weaken the immune system.  Look at the new Gardisol vaccine produced by Merck Company.  They will make about $2 billion dollars on this vaccine per year it is estimated.  The target, young women, yet, in their own literature it tells you that the vaccine only lasts about 5 years immunity.  O.K., but the problem happens in women at ages about 28 to 34.  So vaccinating a 10 to 13 year old girl does NOT make a lot of sense, does it.  Then the designer of the drug tells us that it's never been tested on young girls, yet Merck would have you believe it is necessary to vaccinate them.  The best fact is that this vaccine only addresses 4% of ALL the cervical cancers and has NO effect on existing ones.  With some deaths and other major problems occurring due to this garbage, the experts are now "questioning" the use of this junk.

So when you stick a needle in a person's arm and inject the wonder's of medical science, realize that you may not be doing that person any favors.  You need to free yourself from the lies you believe.

    good luck to you
