are you looking for an italian night club (hooker house) or discotecca (similar to american night club..dancing, drinking etc)  Get which one you are looking for straight..obviously two completly different things with two different price ranges too.  

Most disco's don't open til 11:00 or midnight..the best depends on your type of music, age group etc.

ROME has a lot of good if not excellent night clubs packed with hot crowd, tourists and locals alike...

The best ones are those in the TESTACCIO AREA though, they are really good clubs!

Hi, I was in Rome in January.  We met some great people who took us to this really wonderful nightclub called La Maison (lucky for us they had some connections and we were let straight in without having to wait in the line or pay the entry fee, the people in line weren't to happy but we were!) The atmosphere was fun and cool and we had a great night.  We finally left at 5 am after hanging out in the VIP section with the owner, it was a great night, ahhh I wish I could transplant myself there right now!!!!  We were only in Rome for three nights and we went to a nice wine bar one night but I don't remember the name.
