Depends what type of thing you like really.  If you like a trendy drug infested posers hole then you could try Fabric, but you might find that if you're not on drugs the music and lighting will just give you a headache.  There's some fun eighties places like The Roxy but I recommend you go and buy a copy of Time Out magazine which lists all the club nights that week and tells you a bit about them.  I also highly recommend the Vauxhall Roller Disco at the Renaissance Rooms, it's the best fun a nondruggy person can have
