What are the best on-line classes to learn Adobe Flash CS3?

Try Lynda.com. I'm not sure they offer Flash training, but they have so many other Adobe products training, they probably do. You pay something like $25 a month, and you then get access to the training videos, which you can download and use at your leisure. I haven't used them myself, but I know a lot of people who recommend them, and they also make the Hands on Training (H.O.T.) books, which are quite good.
