What are the best open mic nights in london?

I used to go to this great open mic night before I came to London. The atmosphere was supportive there was a mix of people just having a bash and people taking it more seriously. Loads of fun, music, poetry, occasionally something random. Is there something similar anywhere in London or is it all bands and singers taking it all very seriously and trying to get signed? I've heard of the Spice of Life on Cambridge Circus on Mondays. Any good?
