Your masters degree from Cairo Univ. is worth little in the US.  It is not comparable to any sort of doctorate or a medical degree.  You do not even qualify to take the state board exams.

The US job market is in melt-down.  Over 380,000 Americans per week are being laid off.  Fewer companies are willing to hire foreigners and get them work visas.  Too expensive, too time-consuming, and it is increasingly difficult to prove there are no Americans qualified for the job.  Many companies are not renewing existing work visas or are outright terminating them before the expiration datw.  In either case, the foreign worker must return to their own country at their expense immediately.

You probably do not meet education and financial requirements to immigrate, and you would have a very long wait -- 10 to 12 years.  There are so many applicants ahead of you!

With your education, the best job opportunities for you are doubtless in Eqypt.

There isn't one.  After 9-11 and the attitude of people in the US after that date, it's not a good thing to be from that part of the world.
