  2. Peer to peer for books would be illegal. You need to use a site that has permission to release the material.  If you want them for free, you can google "free audiobooks" and use a legal site. The selection will be limited but that's because it's free.

    For podcasts, just google your favorite subject with the word "podcast". I guarantee there will be at least one on your favorite topic.
