What are the best places to eat in Delhi, from Gol gapi to chat papri samosai chat pappari bhaturai cholai?

I am visiting india first time. I am just 18. I heard the chat pappari, Snacks are the best in delhi and is very reasonable, I love any thing from indian snacks to punjabi spicy food. I would like to know, where are these places. or if any one know the names and the town in which they are. I love indian vegetarian food. I find Indian food is the best in india. American has some good salads. From snacks to sweets so that I can bring back home with me. How to make Jal jeera and how to make gol gappai. who teaches hoe to cook indian vegetarian food in delhi or out side delhi. Any short courses. i just love to eat Indian spicy snacks. i n usa its hard to find the Indian taste.

Try out UPSC near India Gate. They serve really nice chat pappari and other snaks that you are looking for. Real indian taste and specially the real indian way.
