What are the best places to visit in Barcelon, Spain and Rome, Italy?

i don't know about Rome but i live in barcelona, and there are a lot of interesting places you can visit such as Sagrada Familia, La Pedrera, Park Guell, and all Gaudi's monuments. If you want to walk by some beautifuls streets, i reccomend you, las ramblas, Rambla Catalunya, Passeig de gracia, etc...

There are a lot of things to do there for tourists.

Barcelona is a great and beautiful city! I would recommend visiting La Sagrada Familia (the sand castle like church) Parque Guell, and any other architecture by Gaudi. Also taking a stroll along Las Ramblas is a must!! There is a Picasso museum, the beach is nice and walking around to discover new things is awesome. Barcelona is a unique and fantastic place to visit!! I wish I could have stayed longer then the 3 days I was there!

Rome is another great city with sooooo much history! Definitely go to the Vatican (I recommend going very early in the morning to avoid spending all day in line). The Trevi Fountain, Colloseum, Panthenon, Roman Forum and Castle de Sant'Angelo are amazing as well.  I suggest taking a tour around Rome, especially if you are interested in History, otherwise you may miss something incredibly interesting!! Also beyond the city are the catacombs which are very cool!

Rome is a fast moving city with so much culture and history that it is almost overwhelming!! Once again I wish I could have explored more of what it had to offer in the 3 days I was there!! I hope to go back one day!

I live in Spain and recently went on holiday to Italy, near Rome. Just north of Rome is an amazing place called Bagnoregio. It is well worth a visit.
