If your going to Menorca I would seriously suggest jumping on a boat over to Majorca.

I love Majorca and always have a fab time there, espically Cala D'or.  Been all over the World and Cala D'or is one of my favs (suprisingly.)

ciutadella is great.

the mountain in the middle of the island, called monte torro i think is worth a visit - lovely monastery at the top.

fornells on the north coast is where the king of spain used to holiday.

and on the south coast is a beautiful little place called something like benibexa. when we went there, there was a guy sitting alone under a tree wearing a white shirt and black waistcoat, playing a spanish guitar. it was such a cliche it was crazy, but it was for real!
