I frequently work or study during lunch and/or dinner.I find I eat a lot of takeaway food which isnt so healthy...Instead I want to start taking portable food I can eat....Unfortunatly I don't have acess to kitchen facilities....What are some healthy things I can take for the day that won't go off and that I dont have to heat up.An obious one is all kinds of fruits and raw vegetables such as carrots... and a handful of unsalted, raw nuts...Can anyone think of other healty and portable snacks/meals I can take with me in my backback?Cheers!
