Question:

What are the best portable healthy snacks/meal to take with you?

I frequently work or study during lunch and/or dinner.

I find I eat a lot of takeaway food which isnt so healthy...

Instead I want to start taking portable food I can eat....

Unfortunatly I don't have acess to kitchen facilities....

What are some healthy things I can take for the day that won't go off and that I dont have to heat up.

An obious one is all kinds of fruits and raw vegetables such as carrots... and a handful of unsalted, raw nuts...

Can anyone think of other healty and portable snacks/meals I can take with me in my backback?

  1. I usually get nature valley granola bars from costco and I take them to school but I forget sometimes to eat them.

    I also like these chicken and tuna salad small snacks in a can with crackers that are in a package from dollar tree but I forgot the name of them. They might be at costco too but i don't know. Also trail mix in a package already made which is from costco and theres also trail mix bars from nature valley. Raw carrots, celery sticks, and or peppers not hot with spinich dip or hummous which is also good.

  2. a snap open can of tuna is very healthy that with some pretzles  is pretty easy.........no refrigeration needed....
