What are the best "tour" companies to Asia?

I know there are many companies that offer all inclusive budget trips to Asia (usually a variety of trips and options and destinations), but are any of them any good? I have seen some seeming to offer these sorts of trips including flights for cheaper than I can find a flight on it's own! Are these trips any good - and as someone who has backpacked Europe on my own terms, will I feel cheated by the touristy experience? Have you taken any of these trips and what was your impression, how much did you pay/where did you go, and what company did you book with?
