I love the thai restaurant catty-corner to the Hilton Hawaiian Village.  Can't quite pull the name out of my head, but it's fantastic, and reasonably priced.

Hoku's restaurant in the Kahala Hotel is a great restaurant if you're willing to pay a little extra.

Gyu-Kaku is also a good restaurant. It's a bit more reasonably priced.  You can either other cooked food or raw and cook your own right there on the table.

There is a restaurant on the north shore of oahu called Haleiwa Joes, which is excellent..seafood steaks etc. AREally good food and prices. (Jennifer and Brads fav. restaurant on the island). It depends on what kind of food your in the mood for and how nice you want the restaurant to be. Dukes is really nice on Waikiki, I guess it would be a chain cuz theres one in california, but there is not tomany of them. They have seafood and steaks as well, sunday night Kapono usually plays at 5, good times! It also depends what island your on!
