Question:

What are the best rides to start out with if you have never rode a ride that does loops at kings island???????

okay so i am now 9 and the last time i went to kings island was when i was 4 or 5 so i could only ride the junior beast but now i am taller so i can ride all the rides at kings island but i never rode a ride that does flips upside down so my parents told me to start out slow so this was the order i was ganna RIDE THEM In #1 WAS THE JUNIOR BEASt #2 was the son of the beast #3the beats #4vortex #5firhawk and#6 is the delirium and i need to know if that is a good order or if it really ain't and then the order you would ride the 6 rides in if you haven't rode a ride that flips upside down.Thanks for the answers.Bye

  1. I would start out with Delirium. It swings to the point where you feel you are going upside down, but not all the way. If you like that ride, then you will be fine on Vortex and Firehawk, and I see you didn't mention Invertigo. That is an awesome ride too, and it also goes upside down.

    If you really want to go for it, ride Drop Tower. You will not be afraid to ride anything in the park after getting on that thing.

    I am not a big fan of wooden coasters because they beat you up so much, but I would ride the Beast first before riding Son of Beast. Son of Beast is much taller and faster than the Beast.


  2. If I was to ride those six rides and had to put them into order, plus under the situation of not being on a coaster that goes upside down, I do it in this order ...

    1: Junior Beast or whatever it's called now. Fairly Odd parents something I think.

    2: Delirium

    3: Vortex - time to go for it and the Vortex is actually not a bad first coaster to go for on your first time enjoying one in a loop, etc.

    4: Beast

    5: Firehawk

    6: Son of Beast
