What are the best roller hockey pucks?

Those should get you about the same thing. The best pucks in my opinion are the ones with the white plastic inserts on the top and bottom that stick out a bit, and slide over the floor, or whatever surface you are playing on, creating a space between the puck itself and the surface, reducing the drag.....

The RBK speed pucks are the best.

Avoid the ones with wheels, spinning balls, or the ones with the white sloped edges
