What are the best schools for Political Science?

I want to major in Political Science. What are some great schools for this? I'm most interested in ones that are in the New England/New York area, but I would also like to hear about colleges all over the US too.

I have a friend that is a political science major too and she said that Georgetown University is a very good school for that major.
