It depends whether you want to send him to private or public. A good school is Brighton College. It is one of England's best leading co-ed school and has a very nice campus.

An all-girls private school is the Roedean School. It is a school with fine education.

I think you should gather a list of schools and take your 12 yr old child to visit each one of these. He should choose the school he wants to attend.
