I am having a jewelry party that will include about 13 people, and I'm not sure what kind of snacks to serve or how much snacks to serve. Any suggestions?

  1. keep things simplae and easy for you- a veggie tray is always good for the ladies, taco dip is always the first ot go at my parties! maybe some lil weenies or meatballs in sauce (jellied cranberry sauce and chili sauce is a good one), deviled eggs, spinach dip in a bread bowl, pizza rolls, mini egg rolls, and something sweet of course like cup cakes (get ring pops as a decoration for the cupcakes to go with your jewelry theme!) - whatever you want really! just serve foods you know that you like allready! figure for 13 people have at least 3 or 4 differnt types of snacks. even if you have too much you can always send some home with guests.

  2. It depends on the activity.  If it's a dance party, you'll want something that people can eat quickly but is also filling so they don't have to keep leaving the dancing to nosh.  Small sandwiches are great for this.  If it's a movie party, something more like a meal is fine since your guests will be sitting for a long period of time.  If it's an outdoor summer party, lots of light food like fruit and beverages would be more in order.  What kind of party are you having?

  3. Nothing messy:) ..... veggie/dip and fruit platters ... small roll-up (wrap) sandwich platters ... cheese ball & crackers ...  M&Ms (no messy fingers) ... lemonade, ice tea, wine

  4. I think that any of your favorite foods would work well.

Finger foods are a good idea, but not onion flavored things (smelly breath) Not artificial cheese aka Cheetos (sry, but you don't want them constantly l*****g their fingers) Absolutely NO Beans (u don't wanna know)

Just make sure YOU like what you are serving and that no one is allergic to it. (you don't want peeps w/ allergies going hungry)

if there is a theme match the food with the theme

    Have fun at yr party,

    Izzie M.

  5. Some easy finger-food ideas:

    veggie/fruit tray

hummus & pita (or pita chips)

    cheese & crackers

    pretzels

    deviled eggs

    chips & queso

tortilla roll sandwiches (spread cream cheese on lg tortilla & layer with lunch meat, cheese & any other veggies or condiments you want, roll it up and slice into discs)

  6. i would suggest falvored beads(ice cubes)

first make ice cubes with juice, cola, pop, etc.

then, after they're frozen, "drill" circle holes through the middle of the square, like a bead.

then, put it in a cooler, and there's your ediable beads!

    For making the string:

Use Gunny worms without the faces, and make sure you get thin, and thick ones.

    For the drink:

    Try making glue.

Get lemonade, and make it look white:)

    hope u enjoyed this!

  7. I was actually just at a jewelry party. It depends on your age, but they had your regular party trays. Vegetables, fruit, dip. Things like that would be nice. But maybe you like to bake- try pastries, bread, or some kind of cookie bar. Choose something that will be easy to eat for everyone.

  8. a hero is always good or cold cut platter, veggie platter, assorted frozen hors devoires, mini burgers, quishe
