What are the best suburbs to live in (Perth WA)?

Question

anywhere within City of Gosnells, City of Swan or Shire of Mudaring (hope I spelt that right) not too high rental or buying prices and within 60 mins of the centre of Perth....

also average prices of suburbs would be great-2 bed rental and 3 bed house with 2 car garage....

I lived in Mandurah just south of Perth for 6 months and it was a great place to live 30 minutes from Fremantle and 60 minutes from Perth.

i was in Perth last new years and south Perth looked a lovely place just a ferry ride over the river
