  1. It's called food.

There is no magic superfood.  You need a variety of fresh fruits and veggies, fats, carbohydrates and proteins.

We evolved to be omnivores....enjoy a wide variety.

  2. Beans

    Blueberries

    Broccoli

    Oats

    Pumpkin

    Salmon

    Spinach

    Tea (green or black)

    Tomatoes

    Turkey

    Walnuts

    Yogurt

    Blackcurrants

    Wolfberries aka Goji Berries

    Cacao, Raw chocolate

    Raspberries

    Bilberry

    Coffee Berry

    Bee Pollen

    Açaí.

    Aloe Vera

    Probiotics

    Noni Fruit

    Yacon Root

    Maca

    Rose hips

    Watercress

    Papaya

    Soy

    Flax seed

    Alfalfa sprouts

    Oranges

    Blue/Green algae

    Chlorella

    Spirulina

    Avocado

    Honey

  3. All kinds of veggies and fruits. You can see the which veggie is good for what in the site below. But basically fresh veggie are better any amount of artificial vitamins and mineral tablets. And also the tinned food we take so frequently now a days.

  4. Soy products like soy beans , tofu, soy milk

    Oranges or other citrus

    Raspberries

    Walnuts

    Spinach

    Omega 3's (fish oil pills)

    Whole Grains

Brightly colored fruits & vegetables like the orange bell peppers and mangoes

    Cranberry

    Rosehips

    Black Tea

  5. Barley grass is really super. Check out a product called Green Magma.

  6. Best way to get everything in one...a smoothie!

Just off the top of my head, add:

    - greens supplement

    - chia seed/flax seed

    - acai/goji juice

    - fruit (extra Vitamin C)

Greens are beneficial, since almost no one gets 5-10 servings of green vegetables a day.  They provide Vitamin A, B Vitamins, Iron, Vitamin E, amino acids, potassium...okay, so pretty much everything (see source)

Chia Seed is very good for fibre (very important, people don't get enough of it), omega-3, iron, magnesium, calcium, 18 amino acids, protein.

Acai/Goji are both very high antioxidants.  Also provide some Vitamin A and C.  Maybe some other things too.

I'll continue looking to spark my ideas.

  7. I bake freshly milled whole wheat sourdough bread. I have studies and found that fresh milled wheat berries contain 41 of the 44 nutirents our body needs and whenever we buy flour from the store or bread the nutrients are oxodized to almost none. To keep the nutrients in the flour for use I have invested in a mill and prepare the flour as soon as possible within an hour or 45 minutes is the best unless you are freezing it for later.

    Also there is probiotics

    Spiulina

Omega 3, 6 and 9 or fish oil

Antioxidents - a great source of antioxidents as found in Thai Go a product on my web site www.mynsp.com/jeniferharrod

This is a great start I would say!

  8. a big old bowl of bran flakes and a glass of OJ and you are set for the day.  Bran flakes contain nearly 100% of everything you need and what it doesn't have the milk on it and the OJ has.  Cheap and simple and provides the fiber and everything.  Whole grain, low fat, high in iron, etc.
