i am in training for football this season and my coach told me to run before and after weight lifting. My question is when is the best time to run before or after a workout. Also according to research when are the best times to run?

  1. i like to go in the morning before it gets hot and i love it at sunset.


  2. way b4 weight lifting and after whenever....youi dont want to be tired when you go to lift weights or your not gonna be able to lift heavy

    The best times of day to run are in the morning or after 3 in the afternoon, because it's cooler than in the middle of the day.

  6. i would definitly definitly go after! i wouldnt feel like doing weights after a run but if you can do before and after go for it!

    the best times to run i think are first thing in the morning so its sets you're body up for the day and puts you in good calorie burning mode. but make sure you dont eat before,

    i lveave it 2-3 hours.
