  1. here are some tips by experience

drink pineapple juice and eat a lot of pineapple and mango almost daily starting from one or two months before conceiving (especially when you get periods, but make sure they are not cool that you don't feel periods pain)

take one table spoon of honey mixed with one coffee spoon of white sesame seeds every morning (make sure to stop them the last day of periods)

drink truffle mushroom water during periods ( you can boil 4 to 5 pieces of canned truffle in water and drink it, they clean well the uterus during the periods)

drink Salvia officinalis (common sage) infusion daily during periods (you can drink it other days also, but not everyday, like once or twice a week)

NB: you should avoid all what i mentioned once you are pregnant or exactly once you have intercourse after periods , they are good for TTC but they cause miscarriage to pregnant women as they clean up the uterus, so the best time you can take them is when you get periods as they help the woman to get pregnant

  2. My husband and I got pregnant in our first month of trying by having s*x twice a day, then I'd lie there with my hips propped up on cushions for 1/2 hour afterwards. Worked for us!

  3. Have unprotected s*x, lots of it!

You want to start by learning your body and when you ovulate. This will maximize your chances of conceiving. The egg is only viable for up to 24 hours but sperm can live up to 5 days in the right conditions.

You can chart your basal temperature to help you know when you ovulated. Buy a basal thermometer and test every morning before you get out of bed. Keep a running record of the temps.

You can also track cervical mucus (CM.) When you are getting close to ovulating it turns very wet and moist in the "southern region" and your CM will get stringy like egg whites.

You can also buy Ovulation Predictor Tests which work like Home Pregnancy Tests (you pee on them) and they detect a surge in your hormone levels that happen right before you ovulate. When you get a positive surge you typically have 24-36 hours before the egg is released.

These are only a few things that you can do. There are some great websites out there that you can check out to learn tons more. Also, "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" is a really good book to read for this stuff. Good luck!

  4. If it was meant to happen, it will... simple as that.

But to increase your chances... start monitoring your cycle & your temperature (with a basal thermometer). This charts your ovulation.

  5. relax... dont stress bout it.... legs in the air after s*x apparently works... do it as many times as you can lol (yayy for you hehe)  good luck

  6. Eat healthy and have s*x at the correct times maybe buy an ovulation kit so you know when the right times Good Luck.
