You can have any information about the cities on www.aparthotels.com and you can find a good ship accomodation in city center.

The first answer is correct you can also take the elevator up to the top to view the church, the line ups can be long but it's worth it, I would also check out the massive grave yard they have it's such a site, we went back twice, and of course there is so many museums to see.
