What are the best trades or fix ups the Pistons should do to be better?

I love the pistons. but the last 3 years detroit has lost in the eastern conference finals and they've been their 6 times straight only getting one championship. what should they do????

Honestly I think "Inferno" has it right. I did not totally agree with Flip Saunders firing but the one thing that irritated me about him is that he never used the same key bench players in the playoffs that he used in the season. For example, Jarvis Hayes was one of our best guys off the bench this season yet he never saw playing time after the 1st round.

If Curry uses at least a 8 or 9 man rotation, his starters will be rested and won't have to carry the load in the season and playoffs.

Remember the 04' title year? We used Corliss Williamson, Mike James, Lindsey Hunter, Mehmet Okur and Elden Campbell consistently through the season and the playoffs and we won.

i think they are done, it's time to trade their core away and build around stuckey, unless they can get an allstar caliber big, because sheed KILLED them in the ECF this year.

they will have the same line up no matter what ..................and stuckey and mcdyce will get a lot of playing time including maxiell and there center will be Kuame Brown so thats going to be the only change and i am a fan but i love CP3 and the Hornets ...... but the pistons always have a shot at winning it ALL!

They should have went after Marcus Camby, he's a lot like Ben Wallace.

Possibly dealing McDyess or one of their young bench players.

im telling u rite now i watch all 82 games of the pistons and there playoffs and i am a pistons fan, and do you know what i noticed chauncey has been getting injurys every eastern conference finals but in 2004 they had no injurys against the lakers, the key is to get less injurys but nows not the time, there getting older, so they need a trade

1. they have may too many old veterans such as rasheed wallace, chauncey billups, antonio mcdyess, and lindsey hunter.

2. get rid of kwame brown.

3. trade rasheed wallace for a center who can rebound, post, power dunk, and shoot middle. Rasheed wallace can't rebound for krap and can barely post up against his defense.

4. trade tayshaun prince and flip murray for gerald wallace. Gerald wallace can shoot 3's, block shots, and dunk under his will.

5. they have to stop relying too much on richard hamilton catch and shoot and 3's. They have to concentrate sum more on fast breaks, post-up scoring, and pick and rolls.

6. Rasheed wallace needs to stop doing those crazy shots at practice and practice more on dunking and post up stronger.

Well you might hate to admit it because you seem like a loyal fan but the pistons should rebuild. They should make trades and get rid of Billups, Rip, Sheed but keep Prince because he is young and trade them for expiring contracts and picks so they have money to spend in the offseason and sign big name guys.

They get young guys in Hinrich, Odom, Wright, Gray, Farmar and 2 good solid players in Harrington and Gooden This way they have 30mil to spend in the offseason. They would also get a 2nd round pick from the Lakers and a 2nd round pick from the Warriors.
