Overtons (519 for the 12" x 9" and $539 for the 12" x 12". ) ,Bass Pro Shops( $539 for the 12" x 9" and  $549 for the 12" x 12"),  Both are with standard switch.  If you want an indicator switch, then you will be looking at about $220 more.  West Marine has a bunch of other options and prices vary.  12" x 9" is for 16' - 22' boats, 12"x12" is for 17' - 30' boats.

    The comparison is for the same brand trim tab.  I would guess that West Marine also sells them,
