I'm taking a vegi multi and I want to know whats the best things to eat to absorb a vitamin better.

  1. Obviously liquid, but you should also have something with a little fat in it - maybe take it with a little milk.


  2. I have read that taking a multi vitamin with a meal is the best way to take them since it will absorb along with the foods, so that is how I always take any supplements.  I know that iron needs to be taken with other nutrients to absorb better and I bet others work that way too.  Just take it with your regular meals.
