What are the best types of pokemon to use against the elite four?

I'm talking about pokemon emerald, but I think ruby or sapphire would work too.

any type. as long as you have captured Rayquaza at the Sky Pillar. bring also ethers or something like that.

For the first person a mixture of your fire and electric pokemon should do or a fighting one if you have one. For Pheobe i would use gardeviour but be careful because ghost moves are super effective against psychic. For Glacia i wold use a electric pokemon and a fire one for both of her glalies. For drake i would use a water or ice pokemon with a ice attack like ice beaam or blizzard to beat his dragons. For steven there isnt really a good pokemon for him but a water pokemon for cradily and claydol and a fire one would go good with the others and lots of healing items. I hope this helps you :D
