What are the best undershorts to get for running?

I need some undershorts to wear under my running shorts, I've tried underarmor, but they tore at the seam area, any suggestions? Thanks.

Get running shorts with built in briefs.

if you're running track, don't wear any =x because less weight = better performance

if you're running for fun... maybe tightie whities ?
