  1. Fish Oil pills actually really help with your skin. I had problem skin growing up but when I started taking fish oil vitamins I started to notice that my skin was becoming softer, more even toned, and I had fewer break outs.

I would honestly avoid multi-vitamins both for your skin, and in general. It is best to take speicific vitamins which cater to your body's exact needs. Otherwise, your body will just reject the vitamins entirely.

  2. Vitamin A is an antioxidant, and all antioxidants are good for your skin. Fish Cod Liver also has high levels of essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6, which keeps your skin smooth and keeps it from drying out.

Try to get all of this through food and not vitamin supplements, as they won't work as well. Foods that are good for your skin: Any type of berries(blueberries, strawberries, cherries, raspberries, etc), mango, pomegranate apples, nuts (any kind of nuts), avocado, salmon, cod, tuna and many more.

  3. The BEST thing to take at the moment is Centrum - it has vitamins A-Z. Can't beat it.

  4. metathione.

  5. I dont believe in supplements i think they deliver way too much ... pep.. and there are risks of mercury poisoning with fish liver.

My advice... A diet high in water, low in sugars, and HIGH in WHOLE GRAINS and VEGETABLES, DARK FRUITS, and White/Green Tea are a SURE way to better skin but it will take 3 weeks minimum for you to begin to notice changes. THIS MEANS YOU NEED TO SWITCH FROM WHITE TO WHEAT/100 per cent whole grain.

  6. fish oil is really good for your skin, and also for your brain, as far as concentration goes.

the best supplement for your skin that ive found is evening primrose oil. it balences the natural oils in your skin.
