  1. ok sounds odd but it works, find an 8" by 8" by 4 feet long piece of wood, you can practice olling onto it to figure balance out. Also you can use the exercise to learn what it take to nose press and/or frontside or boardslide a rail/box. Buy a vewdoo board and keep working on balance. Either trampoline or Diving board. This sound slightly odd but downhill mt bike works great for eye coordination and timing. You can also do visualization techniques where you inversion step by step how you would do the trick. May pro athletes do that. But most of all stay active, the more active you are in the off season the better you perform during the season.

  2. i suggest that if you have a trampoline then put on your snowboard and try to do the tricks you want to learn. but if you don't have a trampoline you should watch videos of people and who they do the trick or grind and then on a carpeted floor with some room try doing what they do. it works for me!

  3. Either build or buy a box, rail, or jump out of like metal for the rail and wood for the ramp and box and use lexan for the top of the box and then just get some snow from the local arena and set up a backyard session.

  4. if u have a truck i get snow from like hockey rinks from around my city and kinda make a spped ramp of your roof or anywhere high and set up jumps and rails so u can hit them

  5. Well there are these really cool games out. They are kinda like GH but there for snowboarding.

  6. skateboard. They go hand in hand
