I would have to say New York, Tokyo, Beijing, London, Paris, and basically, most Capitols of developed nations are massive

Mexico City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, New Dehli, Bombay, Lagos, New York City, London, Sao Paolo... These are among the biggest.  I'm not sure now which exactly are the five biggest in terms of population, but I am sure they are in developing countries, except for Tokyo.
