Order of importance is probably very subjective.  However, the prohibition on quartering troops in people's homes certainly is not one that is much in play for the last couple centuries.  The most contentious currently is probably the second amendment's "keep and bear arms" clause.  Others much used include the Fifth and first.  The religion clause also is of some importance, despite the current President's desire to ignore it.
