  1. My Father is O, Mum B+

    Me & my sister are B, while my bro is O.

    So either O or B.

  2. The father could be 00-+ or 00++

    The mother could be BB-+, BB++, 0B-+ or 0B++

    So the kids could be 00-- (0-), 00-+ (0+), 00++(0+), 0B-- (B-) 0B-+(B+), 0B++(B+)

    For the relative probability of each combination: although of course, each of the parents alleles has a 1/2 chance of being passed down, it depends on the allele frequencies of 0 vs. B.

    That is, if 0 is very common, the possibility that the mother is actually heterozygote is high. If 0 is rare, then she's probably BB and all kids will be 0B hence B. The same applies for the Rh- vs. Rh+ issue.

  3. both O or B.

  4. B+

    It would be helpful to know what recessive gene of B is because if it was Bb it would definately be B but if it was Bi there is a 1 in 4 chance that it could be O

  5. well truly your kids can have any blood type because "o+" and "b+" are just names that biologist made up to discribe antigens in the blood. they both have more factors that just o and b. there are Rh-Negative factors and more. if a pregnant woman has her blood tested and is Rh-negative and her child has a different bloodtype then she will have to take 2 doses of RhoGam to keep her body from killing her own baby. <<<<(just a lil' extra info) its more complicated than u think.

    also it's not just factored by parents buy by grandparents too.

  6. It depends if the mother is genotype BB or BO. If the mother is BB the kids will be genotype BO aka blood type B. But if the Mother is BO then the Kids can ether be genotype BO or OO. Making them ether blood type B or O. In this case it is a 50/50 chance.
