What are the calender dates that "high season" is for traveling to Ireland?

I might be taking an extended vacation there next summer, and was told "High season was the dates between when most tourists go there. I am having a hard time figuring it out by looking it up on line. any answers or suggestions where to look will be helpfull. Thank you!

ireland is busiest from july to sept

tropical places nov-april  

but basiacally you cna go to florida and tropical places in august and be cheap because its off peak i took travel classes  travelocity.com, cheaptickets.com
