As for the biscuit, of course it depends on which kind, but you can go on the website and check the kind you are referring too

Theres not alot of calories in a Jaffa cake just 1gram of fat according to the advert.

It would depend on the steak the less fat on it the less calories would be in it.  The more sugar in the biscuit the more calories that would be in it
