What are the cam intake and exhaust lifts in an 89 1.9 ho?

Ones that I've checked are the milder cam specs.  around 190-195 duration and around .400 lift.   There is another cam (reasonably priced on e-bay through Northern Auto) that has around 220 duration and .440 lift that will work well to 'improve' it's characteristics.  It's available in either Roller or flat tappet designs.  Best to get a roller head and do away with the flat tappet though so as not to worry about break in or longevity due to oil not having any high pressure properties/zinc and phosphorous.
