N810 is not a mobile phone so you're asking this question in the wrong category. Also, there's no such thing as a plan for it since the network operators/carriers don't have anything to offer for this device.

Do you have a WLAN enabled router at home? Then it will work just fine. Do you have WLAN at school? Great, it will work there too, as it will work at Starbucks and anywhere else you find a network. Please note that not all WLAN networks are free to access.
