  1. A supportive and positive principal. Gosh, good leadership is hard to find and it sets the tone.

    A school that uses character education. Academics aren't everything - kids need to learn how to function in the rest of their life. If that is accentuated then often teachers hopefully practice what they preach.

    Full teacher lounges with happy teacher talk and positive talk.

    Kids work on the walls.

    Progressive teaching practices where desks aren't in rows.

    Polite students - if they are nice to you (a stranger) you can bet that they are probably nice to each other.

    A school that belives in the benefits of professional development.

    Parent involvement.


  2. Good school eh?

    1. Its clean which mean no graffiti and stuff like that.

    2. The teachers are decent and teach and get straight to the point, but is also down to earth

    3. When your not learning, you can have your own free time Ipod, Cell phone etc.

    4. The monitors aren't crazy and yell and tell you what to do.

    5. You have the right to defend yourself if someone hurts you

    6. You have lunch recess

    7. You get your own lunch and don't have to share with people younger than you

    8. There are only fights like 2-3 times a month

    9. If your tardy, you don't have to go to Teen Court

    10. And If your homework is late, its not an automatic F

    And these are for missle school or in general I dont care
