I would like to know abt the carrer oppertunites of a Business analyst in US health care insurance domain. I am working in an IT company and has just started with a project where i have some kind of a BA's role where i am writing System Use Cases. Its mainly on Medicare. I really like the work i am doing and have an inclination to know more about the same.

Can anyone tell the growth in this field in India or abroad. How should i go about to get a carrer in the same like the kind of certifications i have to do.
