What are the causes of dumping babies problem?

there were a lot of dumping babies problem occured in our society todays...so, i gonna make research about this problem and relate it with laws subjets....so, i wanna know what are causes of dumping babies problems?

Some states now have made it legal that within the first 3 days of life, a mother can abandon her child at a police, fire station or hospital legally and without question. This protects the life and safety of the child. Since this law has passed in Massachusetts, there have been many people who have taken advantage and only one case of reckless abandonment.
