I think by cheating on your spouse.  Squandering money.  Being violent with each other because you can't get along.  Domestic abuse.

incapacity to deal with own anger - I don't think it is about causing displeasure but taking out disappointments in life on  

a partner. Murdering anyone at all can never be about being displeased with them.

where i live there is the highest rate of spousal abuse and murder in the uk. And a lot of pent up feelings.
