    Not really sure what you are exactly asking.

    Federal/Provincial/Municipal and Treaty Laws.

    Civil/Criminal/Real Estate/ etc.

Canada's laws are similar to those of the US and many other monarch countries.  The Criminal Code of Canada governs everything from trespassing, assault, arson, drug charges right up to murder.  Below is a link to the Criminal Code of Canada.  The biggest difference between Canada and US is probably sentencing, they seem to be lighter in Canada then the US.
