  1. Fair Trade is the serious challenge.Mass tourism can be bad


  2. Agricultural subsidies - when rich countries give subsidies to their agricultural sector, often poor countries cannot compete.

    Anti-dumping - if there are goods that Antigua is heavily invested in making, dumping by another country can kill the industry. Dumping is the sale of a good abroad for less than the cost of making it.

    I would also imagine fishing rights would be a big concern.

    The WTO deals on the macroeconomic level so stuff like internet gambling probably doesn't concern them.

  3. The major challenge is to be able to compete with the industries of other countries because trade with larger neighbors can kill local industires.
