  1. knowing the right things to eat,

    being able to afford healthier food,

    having the time to cook or prepare your own meals instead of fast food

    finding time to exercise

    etc.

  3. not getting sucked in to the bad eating habits of society.. meaning not eating fast food, ice cream, soda.. not drinking alcohol a lot.. not being tempted to eat out at different places everyday of the week like everyone else... making healthy habits when going grocery shopping when you look at everyone else's cart and see nothing but junk...

    walking by the cookie and ice cream section, and being strong and getting fruit instead...

    it's hard... :)
