What are the chance's of a child being normal.?

Could a child turn out fit and healthy and mently ok, from a father daughter having s*x together. As in the Austrian case in the news.

I think so but it's something about to many of the same genes that make it illegal i think, but that isn't why the austrian man is being prosecuted.

yes but possible could skip a generation ,id be more concerned about mental health due to the abusive conditions they had to live,one of the sadest things ive ever heard
