There is a small chance that we can but we would first need to land and according to rock samples taken from mars the air contamination would ruin our lungs even through the space suit filters.

There are no chances that a human could live a Mars. Why I say that is because there is no atmosphere, not enough sun light, not enough gravity, no food and no air. If you tried living there even if you had oxygen, you'd eventually die soon. It would be sooner than it would on Earth.

Not a very good chance.. First they need a plant that grows at that cold temp. To recycle the CO2 to oxygen...
