Romania have got a good team in the B version of the six nations but Spain, Georgia and Portugal have improved a lot in the last few years.

Very little I'd say considering they don't compete in it.Just out of interest can you tell me when they ever did win it as only England,Scotland,Wales,Ireland,france and Italy have ever taken part.

Zero chance as they're not in it.

That said there should be a 2nd Division of European Nations with promotion and relegation to and from the six nations. this would give the emerging nations more experience of International Rugby.

there should also be an All American 6 nations Competition.

Okay i know NOTHING about Rubgy (because football is the best) but even i knew that Rumanis aint in the six nations...
