if u got the look i dont think its that hard to break into the modeling world.  I would start off by doing modeling for a couple of years and when u make a name for yourself and start networking than you can do the switch to acting.  If u want to concentrate on modeling than NYC is the place for you but if u want to do acting than u should go to LA.
