  1. Make it a very small one. Like a S&W 642-2 and load it with Hydro-Shock hollow points. You can put it down your pants and everyone will think Man he has a hard on.

  2. It's a roll of the dice.Get a concealed permit.My wife and I both have one.

  3. Don't get pulled over.

  4. You just have to ask yourself:  What are the chances you're going to be stopped and patted down for weapons?  Most of us go our whole lives without that happening.  You could be carrying an Uzi submachine gun.

Also if you're going to carry a piece illegally, think about something small - like a small .22 pistol.  They can be quite lethal, but lots of time cops and judges don't take those small pistols as seriously as they would a 9mm automatic.  So if you do get caught with it, could be you'd pull less jail time.

If you do get caught:  Keep some story ready - you were headed out to go shooting at a range - you didn't know it was illegal - etc.  And then keep your mouth shut.  Get a lawyer. Gun laws are often complex, and there might be wiggle room if you wait a while to see what happens.

  5. what happens though when you come up on a safety stop where they check everyone's vehicle out? wouldn't it be easier and alot less stress, and alot cheaper to have it issued in your name so you don't have to worry?

sides I'm not sure what they'd do to you if they caught you with a gun not registered in your name..

Believe that they make laws for mostly the good of the country..

  6. Not very good, if you dont do anything else wrong.
